Growing up in Plainfield, Illinois, a southwest suburb of Chicago, Scott Hogan was a competitor in every sense of the word. By participating at a high level in a number of sports including basketball, baseball and football, Scott developed a competitive desire to continually improve and figure out why the best were successful in whatever activity they were participating.
